Air conditioning issues wasted our time and they didn't warn us about maintenance that left us without hot water. The lack of an elevator meant climbing stairs each time we returned, which could be daunting after a long day.

i had a fantastic stay here, as the hotel offered excellent connections to the city center and i was always welcomed with a cup of tea, creating a warm atmosphere that made my weekends enjoyable.

Now, the first room was noisy as it was near the reception. The door didn’t block the sounds, and though I had to ask for a new room at 3am, things still worked out in the end.
